Bishop Steib has appointed Fr. Robert Szczechura to study (by
distance learning) for his Licentiate Degree in Liturgy, Pontifical University
of John Paul II in Krakow, Poland, to serve as Master of Ceremonies within the
Office of Worship and Spiritual Life, and as Associate Pastor (part time),
Church of the Nativity, Bartlett, effective June 25, 2014. Congratulations to Fr. Robert on his appointment, we wish you well on your studies and we will see you when you are the Bishop's MC at the Cathedral!
Also, effective June 25, 2014, the Cathedral parish is pleased to welcome as our new Associate Pastor
Rev. Mr. Jose Cruz Zapata Torres, who will be ordained to the priesthood on
June 7, 2014. Deacon Torres has
been studying for the priesthood at Sacred Heart School of Theology in
Hales Corners, Wisconsin.
